Cincinnati, October 10, 2024 – The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce USA hosted its annual celebration at TQL Soccer Stadium, drawing in a vibrant crowd to honor Hispanic commerce. The event served as a crucial opportunity for the LULAC Ohio Educational Foundation (LOEF) to strengthen its relationships with partners and showcase its unwavering support for the Hispanic business community.

The festive atmosphere was filled with cultural pride and networking opportunities, as attendees enjoyed a night dedicated to celebrating the contributions and successes of Hispanic businesses. LOEF President Laura Moese was present, actively engaging with partners and reaffirming their commitment to community empowerment through collaboration.

The annual celebration highlighted the integral role of Hispanic commerce in the local economy and underscored the importance of unity and support among business leaders.

Vice Mayor Jan-Michele Kearney presented the award in behalf of Mayor Aftab Pureval and the entire council board. Alfonso Cornejo President of Hispanic Chamber of Commerce , Alicia Pagan LULAC Ohio President and Steve Moese spoke on behalf of Laura Moese.

Cincinnati, October 9, 2024 – In a heartwarming ceremony at City Hall, the Cincinnati City Council awarded the Community Award to Laura Moese, President of the LULAC Ohio Educational Foundation (LOEF). Vice Mayor Jan-Michele Lemon Kearney presented the award on behalf of Mayor Aftab Pureval and the entire council board, marking a significant recognition of Mrs. Moese’s contributions to the Hispanic community.

The ceremony featured notable speakers including Alfonso Cornejo, President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Alicia Pagan, President of LULAC Ohio, and Steve Moese, each delivering heartfelt remarks about Laura Moese’s dedication and impact.

Cincinnati, October 5, 2024 – Hartwell Elementary School marked its centennial celebration with a vibrant and diverse community event that brought together students, families, and local organizations. The celebration, held on October 5th, showcased the rich cultural mosaic of the school’s community.

A highlight of the event was the participation of LOEF President Laura Moese, who invited Florence Y’ALLs players to join the festivities. The baseball stars delighted students by gifting 50 signed balls, creating unforgettable memories for those in attendance. The event provided an excellent platform to spread the word about LOEF’s scholarships and services. The organization’s presence underscored its commitment to educational support and community engagement, particularly within the Hispanic community.

In recognition of LOEF’s impactful engagement, Mr. Lewis has invited Mrs. Moese to join the monthly meetings with students’ parents. This initiative aims to enhance support for Latino families and foster greater integration and educational success.
