Cincinnati, October 9, 2024 – In a heartwarming ceremony at City Hall, the Cincinnati City Council awarded the Community Award to Laura Moese, President of the LULAC Ohio Educational Foundation (LOEF). Vice Mayor Jan-Michele Lemon Kearney presented the award on behalf of Mayor Aftab Pureval and the entire council board, marking a significant recognition of Mrs. Moese’s contributions to the Hispanic community.
