LOEF Young Latino Professional Network

Who we are? What are our goals? and how we achieve them?

The Young Latino Professionals Network, launched by the LULAC Ohio Educational Foundation (LOEF), focuses on three key areas:

  1. Mentorship Community: Creating a supportive network for students.
  2. Job and Internship Resources: Serving as an information hub.
  3. Scholarship Network: Providing opportunities for higher education.
Ricardo Ugas – Director of Young Latino Professionals Network

Our core audience includes young Latino professionals, recent university graduates, current students, and aspiring scholars in the Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Indiana region. We are LGBTQ+🏳️‍🌈 friendly. We leverage LULAC’s growing list of scholarship recipients to foster a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about supporting students and expanding their networks. Additionally, we collaborate with other local groups and businesses, including P&G, Honeywell, GE, Kroger, and local enterprises, to create future employment opportunities for students.

Looking Ahead

As the LULAC OEf Young Latino Professionals continue to grow, they plan to host more events like this one. By fostering connections, providing mentorship, and offering valuable resources, LULAC aims to empower young Latinos in Cincinnati and beyond.
